After some research and reading previous threads on here, I think that I want to get an 'LCD' monitor with S-'IPS' panel technology. I will mainly be using it for photo editing, but also watching movies, and playing some games.
After looking at the Dell monitors, the largest S-'IPS' monitor still in my price range is the 2007WFP (I think I want the wide one).
I am having trouble locating information on the panel technology that other brands use, such as LG. Does any one know of a good resource that will tell me what the technology inside of the monitor is (because their websites don't seem to be helpfull), or some suggestions of S-'IPS' monitors that are under $400.
Thanks. |

You can try this site. It's a danish site, and can take a while to extract information from, but the info is usually there. They do track what panel technology is used in the monitors they list. |
