Ok i was thinking about this.. and its the same thing that istockphoto.com does..

Before you can submit anything to the site, you have to go through a tutorial on what to do. "make sure that you took the photo during that right date and stuff" "no advanced editing on basic editing challenges and stuff" and then after that you have to answer 5 or 6 true or falce questions about the rules, and then if they get them all right they can submit.. That way no one can say they mis understood, because to even submit you have to answer questions regarding the rules..

Or, when people check the following boxes:

__Yes, this photograph was taken with a digital camera on or between [date] and [date].
__If requested, I will provide the unedited, original file from my digital camera within 48 hours.
__Yes, I have followed the applicable editing rules taking into account any extra rules listed above.

they could be honest!

It's not really often that people misunderstand the rules, I don't think. It's more often a case of not reading the rules (and then lying when they check the box that says they have) or blatantly ignoring them.

Where did the first post go???

Nobody knows what your talking about MK. You look a little silly talking to yourself in here. :)

I'm board with all this cheater stuff now. Just hook-em, skin-em and then nuke-em.

I think the Site Counsel has done a great job of flexing some muscle and getting things back under control.

Lets all go back to taking pictures.
