Assuming the stuff is in good condition:
35-105 -- You can find this lens attached to a film camera for $200 or less pretty often (there's one on ebay right now that's at $60). Then resell the camera body.
50mm -- Sounds okay.
28-80 -- No idea. It's kind of a strange focal length for a D70s, though.
SB800 -- These sell for $315 new with box and warranty.
SB28 -- Good price, if you're doing off camera flash. Doesn't work in iTTL mode on your camera.
No idea about the cords.

| Thanks, this was a craigslist posting - looks like a wedding photog is giving up and cleaning house, cause there was also pro-video gear in the same listning. |

| I'll tell you one thing -- I got the 28-80 bundled with my D50. Don't get it. Not very sharp and a very plasticky feeling lens. Really weird focal length too... |

| The onyl one Im thinking about is calling and getting the price for the 20-35mm |
