I find it very hard to work on my new shoot for the next challenge knowing that one of my previous shots is hanging with a DQ request.
I actually find it flattering I guess. I uploaded the requested info within minutes of being notified. But it is still hard with what seems a very long wait.
I know I did the shot with the editing rules, shot it within the submission dates but it is still very hard to concentrate :)
Am I the only one that feels this way?
Just ranting :)

I think when anything that should be enjoyable causes you this much undue stress, you should consider a change. Your photographs are your own and beautiful in their own ways, there are also other ways to learn if that's why you want to stay at DPC. I'm just saying that you don't need to be constantly compared to others to be vindicated and to know you're good at what you do :-)

It is not that bad.
Just slightly annoying not knowing.
And like I said I find it flattering in a way.
I agree with what is being done as far as the DQ request goes.
I suppose I just wish it did not take so long to get an answer back.
I received the rquest on 1/21 sent my info right in and it is now 1/23.
How many DQ request are they getting for the challenges lately?
Maybe they could post a total number of DQ request pending to help inform us?

How about adding a stat that says:
"Your DQ is number X in the que for pending review"
LOL
Like the topic says, I'm just ranting!
