I can't figure out how to make a custom template in the slideshow module. I would like something like the "Exif Metadata" premade template that also shows the filename - like the default template does. anyone know how to do that?

Also, what good is the Export slideshow function? As far as I can tell it only exports into pdf format, which doesn't really get you a "slideshow". It is just a document with all the photos in it. Is there really any way to save as a real slideshow - like the one that plays in Lightroom?

The pdf file runs as a slideshow (without the music). I don't think there is any other way to export the slideshow (not that I could find anyway).

As far as a template goes, I think you can add custom text to the slideshow then on the lefthand menu create a template using the current settings. I haven't tried this but that is how the web module works so if it is available for the slideshow it may work the same way. (I can't check 'til I get home as I don't have LR on this computer)

Also, check out the help file that came with lightroom. It's in the Resources/en/help folder.

I just checked and I have to agree. I don't see any way other than a PDF file. Odd... that really is somewhat useless..
