Soon I will be offering a disc of high res images on cd for my wedding packages.
I am searching for a seperate contract / release form for Printing/Reproduction purposes.
I've tried google and have come up short. If anyone has any links to samples, or better yet would share theirs with me, I would be in great debt to you!

| Give me 4 months and Ill have an answer- I dont take "LEGAL ASPECTS OF COMMUNITCATION" until the 2nd half of first semester haha. |

What kind of release do you want to give?
At the very simplest, you could simply say:
Copyright retained by [photog].
Limted right to reproduction granted to [couple].
Limits:
[insert limits on use, such as for private printing use by [couple] only, commercial use prohibited.]
[couple] shall be responsible for ensuring that any sublicensing of these images is on the same terms.
