The guinea pig didn't get fed! Or Leroy showed it one to many nekkid SP's!!! Hehehehehe!!

Debian PHP v5.2.0-8etch7
mod_ssl v2.8.25
OpenSSL v0.9.8c

Any one of those could be the culprit, or it may be hardware related.

For goodness sake. I have already told you...it's the guinea pig. Sheez...I get back from the gym...and you are still trying to figure it out. Oh wait a minute...you are all men in here...right! It takes one woman 2 minutes to work it out...but a group of men need forever...and still don't get it...hehehehehe!! (...except for quiet_observation who stated a reason...but none of you listened....typical!

Ah that makes sense now, the Tubes are flooded with water from the hurricanes which are more intense from global warming...

I don't know about DPC running slow, but I know I am these past few days. Actually not running at all, as I am at a standstill.

The weather here is terrable, and blowing a gale outside. My palm trees are nearly stripped bare.

Not been able to take photos for days, except a couple from my garden during a break in the weather yesterday, so as to complete the "50 Days of things Floral", side challenge.
