Hey...
In advanced editing can I clone out "flash highlights"? For example:
If I use a flash and shoot a glass of wine (not my entry) and you can see bright reflections "on the rim", can I clone those out?

Yikes - with a steady hand and some great cloning experience. It seems a bit more tedious than perhaps reshooting the picture with a difuser to avoid glare.
If you're poor like me, try putting panty hose over the flash - it works wonders. :)

I think it's okay. As long as it's a 'minor imperfection' and not a big reflection on the side of the glass or something. A highlight on the rim seems okay under this rule.
You may:
clone out incidental power lines, twigs, dust specks, stray hairs, and similar minor imperfections.
Don't quote me if you get disqualified though =D |

Thanks! The shot can't be re-done. Remember...it's not a wine glass!
There was an "edge" that had flash reflections. I want to clone it "into" the background. |

It's doable - give it a shot! (No pun intended) lol
