I was surfing and found this slideshow on MSNBC.

I post this because of the very first photo. It is of a young girl in tears, still in her night clothes, holding a stuffed animal, hugging her mother, awaiting news.

I just think this is an incredible capture. Its amazing how one photo like that can tell such a powerful story. Photojournalism at its best.

Just thought I'd share. (Hopefully the link works)

It is a good shot. I'm glad her dad wasn't hurt though.

Touching shot, not so dissimilar from this one which I thought was underated in a recent challenge.

Pretty hard stuff right now going on in Southern Utah. I just rode through Huntington with my father in law this summer on a quick motorcycle trip. VERY nice people down there that would do just about anything for you, even if you are a stranger. It's just heartbreaking what that community is going through.
