connecting my Canon 5D to the PC. Actually, I can connect it OK, and I can see JPG files in explorer, but I cannot see the RAW files, and not able to transfer them. I have downloaded all the updated drivers etc for my 5D, installed RAW_viewer so I can see RAW thumbnails in explorer, but still cannot see the files on my 5D.
Anyone else seen this? THanks all! |

Try to use the Canon Utilities? Unless that's what RAW viewer is.

| Is the camera set up in mass storage mode? |
