		| | I have a Nikon D80 with a Nikon AF Nikkor 18-135mm f/3.5- 5.6G ED DX lense.
I would like to have a more powerful zoom, what should I be looking for?

		| | I tend to do allot of architectural photography and usually can't get close enough to get the detail I want. |

		| | How much would you be willing to spend?
There are some great lenses out there, but without an idea of budget, people will have trouble really helping you.

		| | you probably want something at least 300mm a 70-300 would be a suitable range for you then. That also happens to be a very common range so you have several options both in quality and price.

		| | If you are poor like me I suggest a 70mm-300mm nikon G. I have been very happy with mine. It is not the best, certainly not the fastest. It dosen't have VR but it may be the least exspensive I got mine used for $115. For some crazy reason I really like the colors I get from this lens maybe it is in my head not sure but it is worth checkin into for the price.. |

		| | I have this lens and am generally quite disappointed with the sharpness and color. I rarely if ever use it.
