I am messing around with Lightroom and using it as my initial RAW convertor before shifting over to PSE2.0. I was wondering outside of the obvious spot editing tools (cloning/healing brushes) and the vignette slider tool are any of the other sliders deemed basic editing illegal? Sliders like Luminance Smoothing, Highlight Recovery and Black Clipping are all tools that are new to me and I want to make sure I am not using anythign basic illegal. Any input on this?
