| Talking about HDR has got me really keen to try a few myself. I downloaded the trial version of Photomatix and am busy going through the tutorial. I'm a bit confused though, one of the sample pics is three different exposlures of a moving boat on a canal. I don't understand how you would be able to take three different exposures (using AEB?) and not have the boat, or the water for that matter, affected as both are moving? Am I missing something? |

I think for moving things you shoot a single shot in RAW then save as various exposure settings usually -5 -3 0 +3 +5 save them as TIFF files and use those in a combination then you will get the desired effect.
It's a great tool and fun to use. I went a bit crazy with it at first (like I do with everything) but after you calm down it has some very interesting variants.
