This is really good timing. Perfect actually.

Agreed. I never liked so called "Expert editing" and see all the weird pictures... don't like it. Advance editing is much better, and should be the limit anyway...

heck yeah!

Yay, what fun! I have a full day of shoots already planned tomorrow, wx permitting.

IF they would loosen up and allow true HDRI imaging in advanced. Otherwise, Expert is the only time we can use it; and I use it on maybe 75% of my personal work.

HDR from a single exposure is allowed, not as good, bit IT'S ON!

Yeah sure, I do it all the time, but for my most exacting landscape work I use multiple exposures and it is lovely.

ooh goody... My hands were itching to take pictures of a place I see everyday while travelling..

One good thing from this freestudy should be lesser photos.. Thinking about voting for free studies is just so intimidating..

I think you mean fewer photos, not lesser, which would imply they're not as good. ;-Þ Anyway, it fits in with my plan to go out very early tomorrow morning to this place I know...

Lol! I was thinking there was something wrong with that..

But I've been trolling around and maybe that isn't a typo anymore.. I've given out more under 5s then I've ever given before..

edit:: I really should stop voting.. I'm waiting in line for something and I'm number 135... and I'm already going mad as it is..

I have two cracks at those. Tomorrow at the zoo. And a photo scavenger hunt on Sunday....which apparently starts at the zoo. I might be entering something furry.

:)

My CS2 had been running slow, so I sort of tweaked my computer a little.

It works better now, so I think I'll see if I can make it cry.

Going to go do shutter finger exercises!

Please don't smack me around for this, I'm new.

But does free study mean that I can take a picture of anything I want?

I am in. I shot it 38 minutes after it was announced, but before I was knew there was a Free Study, so it was truly a free study, just shooting to shoot. :)

I wish my 300D a friend is sending me would show up. Oh yikes. Then I'd have to buy a $1200.00 zoom. ha ha ha

Good luck all. I've been relatively uninspired lately. Not sure what this weekend will hold.
