Does anyone have a makeshift/home made flash stand that they have found to work well. Im thinking something that would fit on to the flash using the hot shoe attatchment? |

Yup, made one of those myself. I have an old tripod head sitting around (wasn't strong enough from my DSLR and lenses so I got a bigger one) that I mounted on to a T-joint. I can swivel the flash around and adjust the height fairly easily. I even jury-rigged an umbrella holder to the tripod head. Dirt cheap and works well enough for a home studio. |
