Your link has six different products. Which one did you want? I couldn't find any english sites selling a "Hitch Up" made by Weber, so it may be a German only thing. I searched around the site a bit but couldn't find a link to resellers. My German isn't what it used to be though.
EDIT: I found their price list. It's in either Marks or Euros, naturally...

Looks like you can buy online here although there does not appear to be an English version of the site so I can't promise they are willing to ship out of the country.

They usually don't deliver outsides of Europe,
but you may kindly ask them for an exception via email: info@weber-products.de

//www.bikesandtrailers.com/children/chariot-trailer-prices.html has teh E coupling. looks like Chariot uses that coupling too. You can contact them in Calgary to see if they have one you can buy
