I have a question. This morning I spotted the tiny, around 2.5-3 inches long bird. It was very fast, light gray with a light yellow belly and a half inch needle sized beak. I tried to get my camera in time but it was gone. I want to buy some food to lure it back for a shot, but I cant find any pictures like it to identify it. Any ideas?

No, it was very light gray on top with a very light yellow belly and its beak was pointed like a humming birds but only a half inch. I've been watching to get a picture though. I put my 300mm lens on so I can try shooting from my window first to at least get a shot.

Wow jab!! That link is excellent!! I had no idea there were so many species of birds. This one may be hard I guess since there are so many.
