2 of my photos made it to Jones Soda Labels!!

Hi there!
I just found out that 2 of my photos are being used in JONES SODA!!

Through an internet search i discovered that in the April 2003 label run ...
I have a photo in Cherry Soda and Orange and Cream ... Below is the link to the label sheet ... please please please if anyone out there has seen the bottles with my labels (it's the PEZ clown on the Orange and Cream and the safety pins on the Cherry for Amy K Halucha) could you please pick it up and i will send you money to send it to me :) - that would be awesome .... unfortuantly jones soda isnt carried much in my area .. especially those flavors ... thank you thank you thank you if someone is out there that can help me :)

Ayme,

I think our Barnes and Noble carries Jones Soda. I'll check to see if your lables are at the one here in town and let you know. Likely won't be until tomorrow.

Congrats. Did someone from the company contact you for the photos? I would think that they could get you some bottles.

actually kevin it states on the site that the labels are randomly printed and you can not order specific labels - no i never did get contact from jones soda ... but i gave the permission of the photo usage since i had uploaded them to the site for the chance of being picked ... i am a bit disappointed that i wasnt contacted - but still quite excited that somewhere out there my photos are on bottles :)

Actually, it says they won't do that...

"If your photo is chosen, you will receive a notification letter within 90 days. We do not send bottles with the label to the photographers (you will have to look for the label in stores near you)." from the "What You Can Expect" section.

Ayme - That is super cool. Both shots are great but I really love that clown shots. Congrats!! I'll try to keep my eye out for some too. :-)

Congratulations! ... I think you're the second DPCer to make labels (I got an Honorable Mention once..). There are several stores in my area which carry Jones, so I'll keep an eye out for them.

I did think it said that they are supposed to send you a few of the printed labels, just not on bottles of soda, but they seem a pretty flakey bunch about stuff like that.

There's also a number of stores near me that sell Jones Soda, I'll keep an eye out for it. I personaly love the stuff (i love anything with carbon) so it will be my pleasure!

I agree, basically anyone willing to pay the price can have there picture on a bottle of "Myjones" but she wants an actual bottle distributed out into the public with her photo that was selected for being an outstanding shot.

Congrats Amy!! Awesome! I will look for the soda, though I don't even know if we have it at all in my area. I will keep my eyes peeled!
