The funniest thing though, that was copied from their web site... So, they aren't abiding by their own terms...

does this mean I have to carry little ®'s with me when I am talking to some about photoshop and then hold it up after I say the word adobe, and then again after the word photoshop????

where will it end

LOL! That is funny! Well, I'll be sure not to PS the pix I take at the BYOB party, and to not abbrev. anything re: serious issues.

I really wish the folks who propagate that kind of drivel could see the eye-rolling it causes. It definitely is not a good reflection on Adobe as a company.

no it does not. for 600+ bucks i say call it whatever the hell you want..

All of that is not really for people on a message board to follow, and they don't except us to use all of the that syntax stuff.

It's for businesses who may want or need to use the words "Adobe" or "PhotoShop" in their own documentation or ads, etc. for the purpose of publishing the words. When the words are used in THOSE situations, you have to use the syntax that they dictate or they could sue I think depending on you how you use their trademarks.
