had some excellent shots. Even so, I waited until tonight and went back to make sure everyone had been rewarded fairly. Sometimes I miss the shot the first or second time, and this time I move some up. Anyone else go back to make sure? Am I weird? |

Nope. I do the same and often more then once. Often you see a shot in a different way or understand the meaning. I often move shots up, but have never moved one down. |

I do this more then once. I generally vote on the images on the first or second day, and will continuously go back over them and change my voting. Generally up!

I do that as well deafwolf! I feel more acquainted with a shot the second third time around. I also start get more interpretations of the challenge by others' shots. It opens me up to toher points of view & understanding beyond my own take.

Me to. I consider the first vote a "sort" into baskets. Then I move them up or down as I look at them again, but mostly up. |

I do the same thing, but it's a real pain when after each photo's re-vote all the shots scramble. |

Wow, I am that same way as well. In fact, what I do is that I barge right through them to get the voting done in the first day. For me, as bad as it might sound, its easier for me to vote fair when I can look at the pictures catergorized as it is after I have voted. Then I notice things like, hey, why wasn't that one shot in the 8's or nines? Really, I have never given a lower score when I go through and re-vote. When I vote for the first time, it feels more like an obligation, but once I have the votes done, I go through and give each (or at least most) the time they deserve and adjust my vote accordingly. But I am spoiled because of my cable modem, I know not all people have this same privelege, but I was just lettin' ya'll know what I do. I think that's cool that you guys do that. You are the folks who give each picture the time they need to be justly voted on. |

Yes, and when you vote on one from the second page in a big collection, you are taken back to the first page. Argh. |

I don't know if your access speed can handle it (cable modem can but dial up sure can't) but on your Preferences page you can up the numbers so the entire collection will fit on one page. Saves SOME pain... |
