Have any of you ever bought from tri-state camera?

I made a purchase with them once, then they called to tell me the item I ordered wasn't available (USA model) but they had the import for $xxx less. Very hard sell...took longer than I was comfortable with to get the order cancelled and refunded.

Never again with them for me.

I have ordered from there and had no problems. Fast shipping and reasonable prices. There are also listed on eBay, check them out there.

I had the exact same experience, I bought my 550EX Flash from them on eBay, they called me to say they had only the Gray market one for cheaper. If you dare complain about that in your eBay feedback they automatically give you negative feedback with a standard "Likes to complain, difficult customer". I wouldn't buy from them, they are the usual Bait and Switch gang from Brooklyn...
