Too bad you didn't go this past week as the Tall Ships were in Halifax and a few other places along the coast.

Where's it say it's only for Canucks? Their reminder signup form includes US states.

You're right, it does list Alabama through Wyoming under "province" in the sign-up. I couldn't find detailed rules anywhere, but when I saw province and postal code boxes I wrongly assumed without checking.
