| is it possible to 'Dock' the toolbar to the left or right side of the screen? so i dont have to move it out of the way all the time? |

and to make any of them transparent like in Paint.NET would also be a neat feature lol. |

Yup sure can. It's as simple as plunking down some money for CS3 :-)

Hit Tab to make it disappear when you don't want to see it - tab again to make it come back.
