Just wanted to know if there was a thread that explained how to add plug ins to Photoshop. I have tried downloading several, but can't seem to figure out how to get them to appear in Photoshop. I have directions that say there is a folder called photoshop plugins, but I can't find it. I use Elements and it appears there is no way to access something called plug ins. If anybody can help I would appreciate it.

Should be something along the lines of c:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements X\Plug-Ins. X being the version number. Copy the .8bf file to there and when Photoshop starts they should show up in your Filter menu. If you copy them to that location while PSE is open they won't show until you restart PSE.

Thanks for your response. I did figure it out,but not sure if I can ever do it again. I can't seem to get to c:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements X\Plug-Ins. I will try again when I try to get another plug in. For now I am happy with the one I got (flood filter.) Once I get bored with that one I will probably try another.
