Just wondering what you people used to creat your site or if you had someone make it....i am finding this to be quite cumbersome. |

I was using Dreamweaver, and then got to busy to work on it, so now its just an entry page with a "click here" that is an endless loop. |

Mine was done using Dreamweaver MX but I'm slowly moving all the photos out to pBase because it's easier to maintain. |

Joomla, PHP nuke or something along those lines is nice. If I do a flash site I use Swish to set that up. Depends on what you want, and what degree of interactivity with your viewers that you would like as well. |

I use dreamweaver to create the non-gallery pages. I then have it linked to pbase.com which holds my galleries.
It is much easier than a gallery made in dreamweaver or photoshop because I can easily add a gallery or just a single photo at a time. |

Mine is running on a CMS (Content Management Ssystem) called Joomla. Other than creating a few graphicsin Photoshop... it's all web-based and I can change it at will no matter where I am.

notepad++
It's notepad with some extra features. It's also free. Check it out.
I was using .NET2005 Visual Studio, but I switched to a provide with php only. Man, php is a pita to troubleshooot. Are there pre-compilers around for php so I can at least get an error without killing the site? |

Seriously, I used to use programs and stuff, can't remember what exactly, something from Sothink, I believe, but, I switched over to php pages with css, and everything I do, I use notepad. Notepad allows me to save in php, css, htm, and stuff, so its all good there for me 6-;
