I was hoping someone could tell me what the page says or what it is all about.

The text below it says "Rights of the relative owner. In order to remove, click here." So it looks like they just lifted it to promote their product but gave you an out just in case you ever found it.

But my Italian is far from perfect, so you may want to run it by one of the native Italians on site.

It appears that if you locate an image of yours on their site, they will remove it at your request.
