I'm heading to Ft. Worth this weekend for a wedding. Since it's a family affair, I can't really make any hard plans. But, come hell or high water, I will take pictures! I'll most likely be at the zoo or the botanical gardens on Thursday evening or Friday. Not really sure what the schedule is gonna look like.
If anyone's out that way, feel free to drop by. I should have a straw hat on. You can also PM me tonight (I leave tomorrow) and I'll give you my cell number.
I would've tried to schedule a formal GTG but I think all the Texas folk had one very, very recently. |

Straw hat eh? I'm not sure that'll narrow it down much in Texas. |

Less than an hour drive West of Ft. Worth is Fossil Rim Wildlife Park
You can go on "Behind the scenes" tour or drive yourself.
 
The giraffes eat out of your hands.
Fossil Rim is also on of the world's leading Cheetah breeding facilities. |
