I am practicing the same.
Have you looked the photos I submitted for challenges.
When I say its another challenge for staged entries, I feel that I am going to see staged entries a lot more, and it is okey. I do not have objection to them, it just that I feel this is what this challenge will show more of.

Edited to add: okey I also looked at my profile page and the highest scoring three pics are staged. So I am also not so far away from them.

Yepp, but for me if I could participate in a challenge is too much for me. Due to work and other things it is not possible to go around and shoot for challenge.
But still try to submit what I like than what people at dpc would like.
(But in this months free study I am going to submit something that dpc would like. Just because I have it and I did not make any effort for it).

Well...I was....
Entry No 7 in the lucky 7 challenge and my entry was taken on 7-7-7 and submitted on 7-7-7.
Now....knowing my luck...I will come in 7th.....last! LOL!

Sounds good to me. I just completely reworked mine and I like it so much more. Look for the different one that's real good. That's mine. ;~p |

Was this challenge an invitational, or did you just have to log-on on 7/7 to be aware of it?

It's a speed challenge. It's only there for 24 hours that you find out about it, take your shot, edit and submit. You can have your email preferences set up to let you know when they happen or just find out when you log on. |

For some reason, there was no email alert for this one. I didn't realize there was a Speed Challenge until I saw the thread. |
