I think I'm going to drop sprint and move to T-mobile on a pay-as-you-go plan for a variety of reasons:

1. The coverage locally is good, maybe actually better than Sprint.

2. Their customer service is supposed to be much better.

3. I can use an unlocked GSM phone that I can also use locally overseas (by simply switching the SIM card).

4. The rates are comparable and I won't be paying for minutes I don't use.
