Now that I'm back from Christmas vacation, I have had some time to go over some of the other shots I took for the Water challenge. I've included a link here.....Looking for, Critiques/Comments/Favorites.

I personally like your 'image015', it represents a bit of a departure from the typical type of water drop capture.

I agree, I liked that one too for the same reasons. Although not a drop, it has a nice some nice movement to it. Thanks for the comment

Yes, definetly the last one. I like how it can be interpreted in different ways. Like I look at it and see a flower. They are all really good shots, but I think I like the last one best. |

Martin.... thanks for bringing these up - a nice set that gives your water submission some context. The colourful ones are all very good but I like image001.jpg quite bit too. |

Thanks undieyatch, I really enjoyed the Water challenge. It was my first experience shooting water dropping into water. I learned a lot from the experience. One of the biggest things I learned was to have a lens protector. I nearly freaked out when I went to clean the small drops of water off my lens and couldn't get them to go away completely. I have since rigged a skylight filter for a bit of protection against the elements. I did finally get all the drops off the lens and I think it is still ok.
