Photoshop Pro to Help Clear The Backlog
Location: Worcester, England (but can be done remotely)
Company: Lucies Farm Ltd.
Description
We take photos of dogs --- lots and lots of photos.
These are shot in RAW (Canon EOS1D Mark III) and then we use Capture One Pro to delete the blurred and otherwise unremarkable images. We then "process" the remaining images --- approximately 20 to 30 each day --- into high-res JPEG files.
We then use Photoshop to improve these JPEG files. This might involve cropping, lightening a dog's eyes (and sometimes adding catch lights), removing objects from the lawn such as toys, leaves, etc. I spend approximately three to five minutes on each image. I occasionally spend longer on a really good image.
We have, over the past few months, built up a backlog of about 350 images that need to be run through Photoshop. I have tried to have an agency do this in India, but have discovered that they employ technicians who have great Photoshop skills, but need clear instructions on each image. Well, with over 350 images I don't have the time to give specific instructions.
I am, therefore, looking for someone with Photoshop skills --- but with a photographer's eye, or with an artist's eye --- to do this work for us.
Initially I need someone to clear the backlog. We could then discuss doing this on an ongoing, weekly basis.
I would like to work with someone online (or even in person) on the first dozen or so images --- and then you'd be on your own.
The finished product should be high-res JPG images, keyworded, and uploaded to //www.hmdp.net (which, itself, is a work-in-progress) AND low res JPG images, keyworded, uploaded to //www.bark.ch
Please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you for your interest in this project.
