For each brand/account, the CD is expected to grow new business, develop solid client relationships, contribute to the development of digital and marketing strategies, articulate and defend conceptual and directional choices, drive the collaborative efforts of the project's creative team, actively contribute to an environment of professional growth, and inspire teammates at all levels to exceed expectations. A strong working knowledge of user-centered experience design, brand development, online advertising, interactive commerce and the creative process is required. The Creative Director reports to the Executive Creative Director.
Responsibilities:
⢠Develop and deliver thought leadership and creative solutions that strengthen clients' market distinction and leadership position

Qualifications:
⢠Strong portfolio with degree in advertising or visual communication, 8+ years design/marketing/communications interactive work experience, 4+ years art or copy direction experience
⢠Solid understanding and appreciation for the distinction between creative expression and business objectives
⢠Expert at developing concepts for a broad range of digital experiences, specifically: Online advertising, eCommerce/transactional, marketing microsites, and immersive entertainment, with demonstrated results
⢠Expert at leading large- and small-scale strategic brainstorming sessions, and concept development
⢠Expert at Creative Brief development
⢠Expert at directing creative execution
⢠Leadership experience in user-centered design, including user personas and user research/study methodologies
⢠Proven success in ideating creatively challenging concepts and effectively selling them to clients
⢠Ability to think creatively against demanding deadlines with acute attention to detail
⢠Comprehensive awareness and interest in new platforms and technologies for the digital channel (e.g. Flash, Flex, Ajax, etc.) and related mediums
