Here are some shots from a shoot I did last weekend that I thought I'd throw up for peoples opinions. The models name is Kanya. Many thanks!

Great light, Neil. I love the posing in the first, third and last shots -- but don't like the posing in the 2nd one at all. She looks a bit awkward. Can you send me some of your models? I could use the practice! :D

Left some comments, bumping for the next guy.
P.S.
When you're done with all these pretty girls you keep finding, could you send them up to the U.S. so we can get some nice pictures too? ;-)

You are so selfish Neil.
When do we get to play? Huh? Huh?
Just keep doing what you do Neil - it's good. Very good!

They all look great to me.
I would be interested in your lighting, if you get time to give a brief rundown on what you did. |

Cheers! Most of these I think I was just using two lights (Bowens Gemini Esprits) on either side, the one on my right slightly more front on except for the fifth one which was just the one light on my right. I didn't use any light on the backdrop at all. I just relied on a little spill.

As per your comment on the last photo there, here is another one with a more angled turn of her head!

Not sure but the lighting seems a bit bright in some photos..like there are hot spots... some on forehead and the skin seems brighter and the clothes seem to lack contrast. Anyone else see that or do I need to adjust my monitor again? |
