could we please please please please have expert editing on the next free study, or at least let us submit diptych and triptych images. I rarely shoot a single image series, and I would love to submit some of my real personal work in a challenge. |

We have had triptych challenges in the past so it may be time for another one. |

I like expert editing in general too. I like the idea of being able to use the tools that we have, instead of having our hands tied. I have no problem with advanced, I just think for a free study we should be free to edit without limits.

Expert editing (IMO) leads too far into digital art. Though some of the tools have been used in the dark room there is no way to identify what can and cannot be used once you've opened the door to multiple images etc. Having these challenges once in a while is fine, just not as the norm.
Advanced only ties your hands if you normally replace skies (or any other part of the image for that matter), burn out distracting backgrounds etc.

Advanced editing also ties your hands if you like hdr images or tend to shoot more series then single images. |

am I wrong or is every file in your portfolio a single image? |

no, your not wrong. most if not all of that is either challenge entires or my graduation portfolio. I have thing about showing my personal work to people. I get attached to it and sometimes get mad if I get a bad critique. Another reason why I was hoping for this to be a free study thing and not a normal challenge thing. I want to start showing some of my personal work, but I need a reason to I guess.

I do think I may try to upload some of my personal work. I guess I really need to... |
