Again I asked the Group for their input, and they Came up with this idea as they all collapsed on the Floor.

Great posing and composition within the frame. Your lighting is a bit boring though. Everything looks flat...

I was thinking more along the lines of moving lights around. Looks like it's lit a lot from the front (camera side). If you move the lights off to the side more you would get a bit more depth.
Oh and only my Mom is allowed to call me Ronnie... ;-)

I think TC nailed it. The posing is quite nice. I would like to see a bit more dramatic lighting, but I'd be careful with that with such a large group.
