OK, so I've been reviewing some old Radiant Vista Tutorials and one thing has been drilling itself into my brain.

"Damn these are useful but seriously CONDENSE!"

He makes each tutorial its own animal, largely independent of his other tutorials. This makes them highly comprehensible if you are new. And highly redundant if you already know 99% of what he's got to say.

So I am going to ask Mark if he minds if I do a bit of quick reference tutorials myself and add some PS actions for download.

I am also doing this because a few of my friends are interested in grabbing some of my actions and I offered help to another user who said the same.

Hence I would like to find a way to post zip files and action files on the net in a way that I can control them. More importantly so I can remove them if I step on someone's toes by accident.

I recently had to make a blog for a class, so I've got a space at live.com through MSN. I would really, really like to find a way to simply and easily add the tools for public download through that medium.

Does anyone know how to do this? Simple click and download stuff... Action files are quite small.

I am guessing it might be possible to have the action file contents onscreen that could be pasted into a text file and then renamed to an action file for import, but that's just inconvenient.

thanks for the advice!

Woo. talking to myself....

Ok seems like Mediafire.com is a good place to go. Still no idea if I can just simply host the 4KB files on my blogspace... Seems a bit silly to have to split everything up like this. Especially when many accounts with file hosting services delete files with low activity.
