earlier today i was using my camera for some water shots. I attached my Polarizer on top of my UV lens that never leaves the camera. Now, when I want to take the Polarizer off the UV lens, theyre stuck. How do I get them apart without ruining either? |

I assume you mean UV filter, which you like many others keep attached to your lens. Hopefully you can get the polarizer and UV off of the lens so you can work on getting them apart without having to worry about the lens itself.
My guess is that you didn't get the polarizer screwed in quite straight when you attached it, so stripped the threads. It will take some gentle force to get them apart. Try using rubber gloves for traction. And be sure you twist the right direction! |

Nevermind i got it. I put on the the polarizer straight, just waaaayyy to tightly. Youve got to be really careful when unscrewing two filters apart from each other. I cut my finger in two places because of the sharp little threads on the bottom. |
