Hey gang...need some input! I have a new flash and I need a new lightsphere. I love my other one but its not big enough for the new flash. I'm doing a wedding in a few weeks and wanted to know, should I get a cloud or clear?
Thanks!!!

I shoot with the cloudy and like the skin tones, though I haven't shot with the clear one to compare. Plus, I think most of the domes (amber & chrome) are made to work better on the cloudy version.
idnic might be able to tell you about the whale tail...I think she bought one.

I bought the clear.... if I want cloudy I put a strip of white printer paper around the inside.... works pretty well :D

Got your PM Gayle and sent ya one back. I vote cloudy or WhaleTail. The biggest advantage to the WT in my opinion is the fact that it can fit any flash unit. You don't have to go buy another one if/when you buy another flash. I also like the colored gels you can order with it. :D

Thanks Cindi! You were a huge help! I went with the LS Cloud. I really like the other one I had and I don't anticipate having to get another flash anytime soon since I now have 2..lol!
Cheers!
