if i apply kodak's digital airbrush pro to my entire image evenly is that still illegal under basic editing?

Jason. I doubt that it would be legal under Basic...but run it by SC just to be sure.

From the rules:
No “effects” filters may be applied to your image, with the exception of Noise and Gaussian Blur.

I'd say no.
