In snacking this morning, I found the food I was eating interesting so I took a photo. Thought you might enjoy this Japanese cookie - otherwise known to the Western world as a shrimp chip.

The chips are the size of quarters and inside them are little itty-bitty shrimp. You can see the body and the eyes...
