What's the point of this "test" at all? If you don't answer "objectively" the answers have no meaning at all ... I suppose for fun you could try and see what answers give you the highest or lowest score or something. |

16/100 I friggin' love my boss! I think she's one of the coolest people I've ever met and she's very tolerant, understanding, and funny. On the other hand I am sooooo glad I've never been on her bad side because she'll chew you out like there's no tomorrow and then fire you soon afterwards.
I am so bummed because we are going to have to shut down next month because of low enrollment (it's a karate school) and I've worked there for almost 3 years (which is a long time considering I'm 18). I'm gonna miss everyone so much, and I don't normally like people. *sobs*
Btw, for question 2, I consider my boss showing me two humping rabbits on her computer a good thing :D

My current boss scored 19/100, but most of the crazy points were for the rabbits (which I took to be pretty innocuous). She's not only good at the job the team does, but is a good manager AND a leader. And friendly. Rare combo. :)
One of my bosses from a few years back scored 60/100, but could have scored higher because some of her actions were actually crazier than the most-crazy responses on the quiz. Her desk had nothing on it except a computer, a telephone and a one-page departmental phone list. Any paper we left on her desk would mysteriously disappear, never to be seen again. Sometimes we'd go for days without seeing or hearing from her - once she was found to have been sitting in the toilet for about four hours at our other office (20 minutes drive away), reading documents.
Hmmm, maybe that's what happened to anything we left on her desk. She'd take it to the other site, read it in the toilet then flush it.
