f5 = reload page

For you techies out there, F5 will refresh the page, but CTRL-F5 will refresh the page, as well as the cache.

Having said that, DPC has a little to no cache period (page expire immediately) so leaving the page and coming back will refresh from the server, not from the cache, unlike some pages or sites.

So, with DPC, F5 is the same as Ctrl-F5, but other pages and sites, F5 simply refreshes from cache.
