ermm.. with this picture as reference

It should be easier for a blond haired Caucasian, but what about Asians? any tips and pointers?

Lots of flat light (big soft box directly ahead), hot background lights. You want to have virtually no shadows, so you want the light source as close to directly in front of the model as you can get.
PP:
Low contrast, fairly high brighness w/o clipping too much.
All ya need is light though :-)

One more thing. When you are PPing the image, it'll help to slide the midtones of the levels to make them lighter. You'll have a bit more control with levels or curves than with brightness/contrast.
