Before I vote, I need something cleared up: Is text allowed on the image? What about if the image was created as a poster, with the text outside of the image (in the border)?

Text was legal in this challenge, wherever it is placed in the presentation.

Actually the rules says that the slogan must be in the photo descriptions. I read nowhere where it allows text on the photo itself, and I followed the rules. Did I missread? Now I see it on the extra rule statement.

Details: As seen in many offices/work places. Your title should be the motivational phrase.
Extra Rules: The December Member Rule Set is in effect for this challenge. Additionally, text is allowed on your submission for this challenge.

| Yep, I missed it. Oh well, I'm sucking wind with my entry anyway. Wish I had seen it though, had some better ideas. |

Is anyone taking the extra rule to infer text should be included on the photo to make it a poster? |

I missed the extra text rule too, but my text is clearly in my title.

It says text is allowed, but it doesn't have to be used. Some people might think that it should have text to fit the challenge, but I don't think it does.

The majority of submitted images used text. Think I missed the boat on this one.
There is some very nice photography in this challenge.
