The majority of the sequences were shot at 1frame every 3 seconds, other parts were shot at 1 frame every 5 seconds.

The camera exposure is set in manual mode to expose the scene correctly, and the white balance is set to daylight so the camera doesn't attempt to change exposure or white balance as the light changes.

This way you get flicker free, smooth time lapsing movement.
