Well...smoke was all I could really capture. I shot a few at a forest fire yesterday. Unfortunately I did not have any forestry gear yet so I was only allowed to shoot from either the command vehicle locations or the top of the tanker. This was my first forest fire. Could be another today as we'll be under red flag conditions again this after noon with humidity under 30%, a very dry forest, and wind gusts. I made sure I got issued forestry gear once we got back to the station last night, so my next run I can get out there in the action.
