buon giorno!
could you please tell me how they did this:

this "milky" creamy editing
"milky" way of editing

these perfectly defined shadows (i think they are edited in ps)
light circles

is it just low contrast or something more?

I can't decide if i like the technics used but how did he do this?

i would be really glad if you could answer me. i want to learn all that.
