Does the photo have to have a subject besides the light itself? I noticed in the last painting with light, a photo placed 8th and the subject was the light itself. It was an awesome image, but very differant from the others.

I think as long as you use light to illuminate something or just the illumination from the light source(es). Either way.
Actually I used both a subject and painting with the light source together.
