There was a thread here the other day that inspired me to look for my first ever photo. I did some digging, and I believe this is the first photo I ever shot. I was around 7 years old when I took this of my grandparents:
I also came up with the first digital picture ever taken of me. Believe it or not, this was from July 10, 1988! We were on vacation in California, and there was a guy taking pictures of people with some sort of prehistoric "digital" camera. The quality was rough, to say the least -- and he printed the images out for people on a dot matrix printer (the quality of the original shot was the same as what the printer was putting out).
Anyone else able to locate their first picture, or another milestone sort of shot?
