havent got my math(s) head on today, so
Score was
votes 105
score 7.0476
One vote later
votes 106
score 7.0283
what vote did I get? anyone let me know the formula for working it out.

Assuming no one changed an already-cast vote within that time frame, then you got a 5. (106*7.0283)-(105*7.0476)=5 (within rounding error).
Edit:
The general formula , for when more than one vote may have been cast is:
(Vf*Sf - Vi*Si)/Vf-Vi
Where Vi and Vf are the initial and final number of votes and Si & Sf are the initial and final scores.

[(105 * 7.0476) + x]/106 = 7.0283
x=5
